I have worked on training and performance projects since 1992 (highlights).  In 1995, I was introduced to the web and was hooked. I have worked on web-based projects since 1997. Since January 1998, I have been an entrepreneur.  I have a degree in Instructional Technology and have been very fortunate to work with great people at great organizations.

Kraus Communication, LLC,  Founder and CEO for 2 and a half years.

Information Research Corporation, Senior Vice President for 7 years building and leading their elearning division.

LearningFlow Technologies,  Founder and CEO from 2007 to Present working on K-12 Educational Project focused on Game Development and move some more traditional education to online.

Mythology, LLC., VP of Interactive Marketing 2008 to July, 2010 working on really cool marketing projects including marketing strategy plans, web merchandising, Google Adword Campaigns, SEO, and web presence planning and development.
